Poll: Majority Of Republicans Think ACORN Stole the 2008 ElectionSource: Talking Points Memo
The new national poll from Public Policy Polling (D) has an astonishing number about paranoia among the GOP base: Republicans do not think President Obama actually won the 2008 election -- instead, ACORN stole it.
My comments on what happened in thread #1 are here.

Can you believe it has been a whole year since Barack Obama was elected President? Where were you when you found out he had won? How was your voting experience? I am a Canadian so obviously did not vote in NJ but the Hyder family did have its own Election Headquarters.
Sarah Palin's Lost SpeechesSource: thedailybeast.com
We present exclusively the concession speech that speechwriter Matthew Scully—a Palin loyalist—had written for the vice presidential nominee, as well as the victory speech that he penned for her in the event of a positive outcome.
The Anti-Reason Conservatives Source: RightWing NutHouse
What is it that possesses certain conservatives to fool themselves so spectacularly into believing that they can create a majority out of a minority?

I take offense at Michael Moore's attempt to facilitate the establishment's NWO agenda and ingratiate himself with the Obama administration, trying to draw us in to his mindset of subservience with the propaganda article he wrote:

Sarah Palin's publisher announced that publication of her memoir, "Going Rogue: An American Life," has been moved up from spring 2010 to mid-November to take advantage of seasonal gift-buying.

Sen. John McCain's announcement on Friday, August 29th 2008, that Gov. Sara "Barracuda" Palin of the great state of Alaska would be his running mate, will go down in history as the most daring and courageous decision ever in the race for the presidency of the United States.

Nine months after the presidential election of 2008, is there anything new or revealing to say about that momentous event? Can a post-mortem on the marathon campaign preceding that vote shed any new light on the participants or the process?
Spread Freedom? Not So Much by Jonah Goldberg on National Review OnlineSource: National Review Online
"For so long it seemed the president's most obvious guiding principle was "not Bush," particularly when it came to the Iraq War. Indeed, his anti-Bush stance has led him to stubbornly refuse to say the war has been won or to admit that he was wrong to oppose the surge.

The Supreme Court watched this to determine if it was a documentary or political ad. If it were a political ad then it could not be shown during an election period, because of the McCain–Feingold Act.

Here we are at the end of President Barack H. Obama's first week in office. What a week! What a new year, so far!! And what a couple of years these have been!!!
Obama Got 75% of Jewish Vote - American ThinkerSource: American Thinker
"Obama ended up receiving 53 percent of the vote nationwide, but around 75 to 78 percent of the Jewish vote. Only 20 to 23 percent of Jewish voters pulled the lever for McCain, who received 46 percent of the vote overall.
Jews and the 2008 ElectionSource: contentions
The flirtation of the American Jewish voter with the Republican party over the past quarter-century has been, like all great flirtations, a lure and a torment. Both were in evidence again throughout 2008.
