<description><![CDATA[In a July 8 story about a lawsuit against Dole Foods, The Associated Press reported that Jason Glaser testified about providing a photo of an investigator used on a flyer distributed at anti-Dole rallies in Nicaragua. The story said the photo was distributed with a message suggesting the investigator, who worked for Dole, should be beaten. The story should have specified that the flyer did not carry such language. However, threats against the investigator were made verbally at the rallies where the flyer was handed out, according to other testimony.]]></description>
