Waste incinerating facility? Is that a place where they burn up cardboard boxes and empty styrofoam cups, or are they talking about a fire in a place where they dispose of radioactive waste?

No, In japan, they burn whatever waste they can. Trash is sorted into different catagories.

I see. So, do they send their household waste to a nuclear power plant for incineration, or would this be an incinerator for cardboard boxes and such that were used at the facility? I mean, Roberto, do you know about Japanese nuclear power plants, or are you generalizing?

I have to agree... that really is quite a nice looking power plant. It looks straight out of SimCity or something. Wouldn't look nearly as good with a raging fire going on though, I'm sure.
