Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Personally, I think it's a blackmark on the good name of the Beatles that they're doing this. It just seems so much like wanting to get money off of Apple (Computer)'s success with the iPod and the iTMS.

Can I have a show of hands of people who actually knew of the Apple Corps Record Label, before the whole legal issue began?

A show of hands of people who think Apple Corps has only made a lot more money than they used to, since all this publicity started?

It's all about the contract. And I hate to break it to you, but the Beatles are seriously about the money.

And yes, since I am 48 years old, I know all about Apple Corps. Anyone who ever bought a Beatles album/single knows about them.

Not to be disrespectful or anything, but I still think not too many people know about Apple Corps. Most people don't really care about the record companies that are behind their favorite CD's. It's the music they want, and they want to know more about the artists maybe; not who distributed it.
