Here in Ottawa, Ontario Canada, I am dying from this heat wave... It was 118F or like 47C today here in Ottawa. REDICULOUS. I say that the government should get working on weather control. Or like in Futurama, move Earth further from the sun...just during the summer months... :)

Baltimore was bad at 100°F today, which is not unheard of. But you're telling me that in our cold northern neighbor Ottawa hit 118°! I guess it's Thule or the Ross Ice Shelf if I really want to get cool.

There's the cliché having-fun-in-water pic :)

I'm in Chicago and we've been heatwaving pretty much throughout all of this. And this whole past week was 100 degrees outside.

And cold showers for suffering livestock in Ohio.

This lead-in next to the cover photograph makes me wonder what the heat may be doing to the editor.

Do you blame them? The stock they picked smells a whole lot better.

Leave it to Justin to talk about photography elements of the picture and not the actual article. :)
