The officers observed that Hilton exhibited the symptoms of intoxication.
She acts like that naturally.
"She's absolutely fine," [Hilton's spokesman] Mintz said.
See?
Driving under the Influence of Being Paris Hilton.... I like it!
Driving under the Influence of Being Paris Hilton.... I like it!
That should carry a mandatory sentence of a grizzly bear attack.
Obleo - - what do you have against grizzly bears?
Or at least a PVP panda attack.
In June, Hilton had a fender-bender accident when her Range Rover backed into a car in a parking garage after a shopping trip.
What does this have to do with the story? Am I to assume she was drunk at the time?
I could swear I recently read an interview with her (why, I don't know) that she never drinks. She doesn't like it or some such crap.
I would, because I am a shallow person, enjoy watching this freak show get completely dismantled.
You're right, Viki, and she also said that she's celibate from now on. Riiiggghht.
And, by the way, Paris says that if you ever see her in a club doing a tequila shot – she's actually drinking water, because she doesn't "like the taste of alcohol. It grosses me out.

Um. Yeah. Maybe I do have a little too much time on my hands.
Does this have anything to do with THE JEWS?
I'm not sure. But I think it may have something to do with Rumsfeld, or perhaps that Republicans are evil. Or is it Democrats that are evil? I can never keep it straight.
;)
First Banksy, then the Hollywood PD. Boy can't this poor little rich girl get a break? Oh wait, yeah the adminstration is working on it. Oh well I'll always remember her as this girl.
Dude, she weighs, like, 80 pounds. One Margarita and she's done for.
Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren
sniff, I always wanted one of those.
Call me Paris, I'll comfort you. I'll drive your car too, you won't have to worry about DUIs again!
that video was a critic of the SLR
here is the TOP GEAR CHALLENGE video w/ the SLR, watch that whole challenge, and listen to what Jeremy thinks about the car.
8 countries in a single day. :drool
LOVE the SLR.
Watched that episode of Top Gear aswell. Awesome.
Is it wrong that I can't wait for The Smoking Gun to have the mug shot?
Oh, no, it's not wrong. I can't wait either.
When your debut album has a lackluster release, nothing better than a bit of tabloid news to help build a little more publicity!
Oh shut up, you all know you'd hit it.... with a brick.... to the face.
To the ovaries. So she can't reproduce.
And like Gibson, so manditory sentence....the legal system dies just a little everytime a celebrity does something stupid.
should be "NO manditory sentence" there....
But, Rukh, don't you see? We need these celebrities to be free and able to pursue their IMPORTANT endeavors. They deserve to receive special treatment!
Okay, so I need to get a life. I came across this:
Paris calls in to the Ryan Seacrest show to defend herself
I find a number of things amusing. #1, she was supposedly "starving" because she hadn't eaten all day. But in the clip, she also says she went to dinner with her sister and girlfriends. Hmmm. I also find it amusing that she's so stupid.
In addition, I find it amusing that I seem to care. What's wrong with me?
Wait, wait...Paris Hilton drives? What about the limo?
Paris Hilton should use this experience to teach others about DUI. I'm 27 years old, never been in trouble before. Last December I was pulled over because the license plate light on my car wasn't working. I had been drinking, but I thought I was under the legal limit. I blew a .08. I was arrested, taken to jail, strip searched, put into an orange jumpsuit (complete with dirty underwear, which I didn't wear), and had to spend the night in jail. I coorperated and wasn't causing any trouble. But, that is what they did to me! Paris should have had the same treatment! My charge ended up getting reduced to careless driving, but I still had to pay many of the fines and deal with the penalties, which included 12 weeks of DUI classes (at $40 each, which is nothing for Hilton, but hard for someone like me). In those classes, I learned that .08 is driving impaired, and that thousands of people are killed each year by drivers in the .08-.10 blood alcohol range. Yes, buzzed driving IS drunk driving! Paris blows off a .08 as "nothing." I hope she learns that driving at .08 is a very serious thing. Many other people are arrested all over the country each day with .08 blood alcohol levels. These arrests put a TON of strain and stress on people's lives. And, most people at that blood alcohol level didn't realize they were breaking the law when they got behind the wheel. Most people think that they are under the legal limit. But, .08 is impaired and it is illegal to drive at that level. Paris should use this opportunity to teach people that.
