Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

I don't understand why there seems to be anger and hatred toward Christianity. It seems to me the muslim world is just waiting for any excuse to attack the christians. It is VERY clear that the pope was quoting from a book recounting a conversation between two individuals dated back to the 14th century.

The prophet mohommad was just another man. I understand why we should stand up for God but Mohammed was another human being. As we know he was a man of this world. He had the mind of a man and it seems like the muslim world views him as a god. I don't think the pope should have to apologize for quoting what someone else said.

As a Christian, I know I have to be understanding and tolerant of others. But it worries me that in America and Europe we find people who are not tolerant of others. I was shocked to speak to many muslims about 911 and most of them agreed that it was right. How can American and Europe have citizens with these kind of beliefs? Why are they in America and Europe in the first place? These kind of statements should not be permitted. Only God has the right to judge us and he is the only One I am standing up for.
