Seems easier to move out of the district. Couldn't he get a friend/family somewhere out of the district to let him take up residence there until he is disqualified?

          All this urging would make me play devil's advocate and vote for him. Maybe he should sponsor his own commercials about how he won't represent his area fully - propaganda it up, baby! Being honest will get you nowhere.
