Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Another US anti-terror program found illegal. Seems like the US Government is the #1 violator of the law these days rather than criminals.

And another win for the terrorists. It just amazes me how vapid the Europeans are. They are determined to underestimate the threat the terrorists pose right up until...

Europe is just a memory.

It amazes me that Europe does more to protect the privacy of its citizens than the supposed freest nation on the planet does. This is a victory for civil liberties, which cannot ever be sacrificed, otherwise we're not fighting for anything of worth.

When Bush started seizing terrorist organization assets in 2002, they all went to cash and avoided the electronic networks like the plague. You need to learn a little more about this stuff before spouting off alarmist propaganda fear mongering crap sir.

We need more actions and protections such as this, before Democracy and Liberty are just a memory.
