Wow, that's unbelievable. Especially this part:

Carmen Granata also was sentenced to two years of probation with daily breath tests for alcohol and two years of drug tests on a random date each month.

just goes to show... shut up on your damn phone. especially at 4am. especially if it's not your own place.

i wonder what the relationship is like between loud-talker and screwed-girl now. i imagine similar to a paris hilton-nicole richie sort of love?

I wonder what she said when pleading guilty that got to the judge like that. I'd assume the normal penalty for noise violations is a monetary fine like it is elsewhere.

Though this story doesn't say directly it implies she might be a repeat violator though so perhaps she was fined previously to no effect.
