Oy. Hey, people of the world, please believe me when I tell you that we're not all like this in Texas. Too many of us are, these days I admit. But not all of us. Heck, I don't even think a majority of us straight, white Texan males are really like this. So feel free to judge the Nuge, but please pelase please don't judge Texas based upon this wanker.

Thanks.

So what did he say? You don't get to say he made offensive remarks without quoting them. If they won't pass on what was said, they don't get to characterize it.

I hope you're including Rick Perry (aka Governor Good Hair) , when you're talking about the WANKERS here....

You have to take Ted for what he is--a cartoon. People who take him seriously deserve their butt-hurt little feelings.

Yeah, you're right. Ted is a cartoon. Cartoons were entertaining about twenty years ago, too.

Can't blame Texas for the cartoon/clown, Michigan is where he honed his idiot skills. This brave hunter with a gun got out of the draft during Viet Nam, some say by pissing in his pants in front of the draft board.

I remember reading that the "Motor City Madman" evaded the Vietnam era draft by playing crazy. Admittedly a teen magazine, it said that he wore the same clothes for weeks, not showering and urinating and defecating in his clothes before meeting with the draft board. They refused to take him. Amazing if it is true, and sadly representative that so many "hawks" do not have the courage to risk life and limb to serve but still love to play soldier with other people's lives.

Hey, don't blame Ted on Michigan. We're embarrassed by him as much as anyone. I, for one, am just happy to hear he's living near Bush's place in Texas. Maybe he can teach Cheney a lesson on hunting, while he's there.

Ted Nugent is a red-neck moron and any politician stupid enough to align with him isn't worth the vote. Not even rock-n-roll could save Ted's psyche from the abyss of his own ignorance. Ted, you're laughable and completely insignificant to rock-n-roll now. Roll over Beethoven...

Funny how supposedly the Nuge dodged the draft. When the Iraq war started he went over and was embedded with a helicopter crew so he could fire off a 50 caliber machine gun from the side of said helicopter.... The rumor was it was mostly to have legal target practice on humans. Being a Texan, and white, and male I have the triple strike of being aligned with such folk. I have an idea that could make all feel better about the situation. We should all mail him douche bags in the mail with the note "I saw this and couldn't help but think of you."

It is so like our "governor" to do something this stupid!!! It is very hard to live in Texas as a lefty transplant! Fortunately the governor doesn't have much power. Unfortunately, the house and senate are right wing too.

What MORON wouldn't agree with Ted? We do not speak Spanish in the United States. Get it? Amnesty will never happen for the 20,000,000 third-worlders who do not belong here, no matter how much the whining, Marxist, race-baiting, lefty multiculuralists, along with the radical open-border, free-trade, slave-labor globalists want it. It will never happen. Get out now, illegals.

""Whenever someone sports the Confederate battle flag, many Texans will be offended, and rightly so, because of what it symbolizes — the enslavement of African-Americans and more recently the symbol of hate groups and terrorists,"

                                WHAT AN IDIOT!

Look at this photo you raging dumbass. Tell me, what flag are they flying?

Re-read the story, dude. It said he was wearing a confederate flag cut-off T-shirt DURING THE INAGURAL BALL CONCERT, not in the photo op shown here. Now who's the idiot?

AWWW ... did Ted hurt the poor feelings of the non-English speaking people. GOOD!! .. I believe it's way past time to make English our national language. I am sick of all the illegal immigrants that think they have rights here. Your not a citizen then get out. If you are a citizen, then learn to speak the freaking language that the majority of us speak. I am sick and tired of all the faggot-loving-baby-killing liberals in this country... go to france or somewhere that likes your crap. ... And as far as the Confederate flag. It's a piece of our history. The Six Flags over Texas ... We were/are a part of the Confederacy. It isn't a symbol of racism. Its a symbol of our differences with the north. The war wasn't about slavery ...get over the lying propaganda. I am not a racist at all. I have friends of many different nationalities .. all of them speak English though. But the Confederate flag is a piece of Texas history that should never go away ....

Ted you may have been born in Michigan but nobody's perfect. We will forgive you for that =)
