A solid episode tonight, with all three of the Gilmore Girls spending a majority of the episode together. Nothing like a heart attack in the family to bring everyone to one place. For big Gilmore Girls fans, things have to begin getting a tad bittersweet. With this probably being the final season of the show, it's possible that we're now embarking on the final nine episodes of the show. How much is going happen in those episodes? Will Lorelai and Luke get married? Rory graduate? There are a number of questions that are as yet unanswered.
Tonight, at least to me, felt like the end of the Christopher-Lorelai marriage. I'm guessing a reunion with Luke will happen within the the next two episodes, giving the writers some story flexibility down the stretch if they need to cater their story line for a season finale or a series finale. The Christopher-Lorelai marriage has to be one of the most universally despised story lines for a popular show ever. No fan of Gilmore Girls that I've talked has been even remotely happy with the plot line.
Anyway, spoilers for next week's episode can be found below.Episode 7.14: Farewell, My Pet
