Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Well that IS nice. We probably should have made them sign the NPT as well before we started bizarrely to share our nuclear technology with india. I say bizarrely because we had to change the laws of the us to even be allowed to trade nuke info with a nation that REFUSES to sign the NPT and refuses to let in the iaea to inspect it's nuclear program. And NO I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT IRAN. Iran signed the npt. Iran has inspectors in the country.

Yeah I know india is our ally, but how many times have we armed allies, only to have it bite us? You know china and india recently had treaties to form a far east super power. Many think china is the next USSR. Yeah i know we are giving them CIVILIAN nuclear technology that supposedly does NOT have dual use. BUT see this allows them to take their nuclear phyisists working on civilian technology and move them to the nuclear program, so that they can build bigger and badder nukes.

Welcome to the world as envisioned by pnac.

Well India China relationship is not as hunky dory as depicted in articles about India-China-Russia meet. China is another state that India has a lot of border disputes with. Also being surrounded nuclear armed and satellite shooting China and also by a rogue nuclear Pakistan, I dont think India would sign NPT. Apart from that they already have nukes, so by civilian nuke cooperation I think IAEA can get an idea what kind of nuke technology do they have in defence.
And as far as armed allies biting us is concerned this is because historically US has armed non-democratic, tyrannical regimes never a democratic pacifist state that has never attacked first on any other nation.
