Insurance company nowadays would say and do anything to get out of paying what is needed for its customers. What is the point of having insurance when you know you will get rejected when the time comes? A poor 17 years old boy should not be neglected with such a condition. At that time of age, they are the most vulnerable to their appearance and carrying on with such condition can sabotage their self esteem. GHI should cover not only the cost of the operation, but the cost of putting a person through so much emotional pain.
