Although his blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit, I don't believe Steven Cole should lose his job. With a decent lawyer (if police did not actually witness him in his car, driving) Cole should get off with disorderly conduct and/or public intoxication at most. If he really was intending on entering on a contest with the hope of winning $10,000, I say, "Good for him!" It's just too bad he didn't make it there sober. haha

I agree with the above comment. If the police did not catch him in the park then they can not give him a DUI. He should only get in trouble for what they caught him doing (disorderly conduct and public intoxication). However, I do think it is stupid of this man to try to enter in the contest and try to win with the ridiculous outfit. But by being a firefighter I am sure he is known in the community and is being punished alone with the embarrassment of his actions.

I believe people should mind there own business. As far as i can see, there is nothing disorderly about being in a public park in a bikini. The outfit was not ridiculous and the female attire in his gym bag would be considered hot in almost all cases.

Lets leave Steven alone. And if he enters any future beauty contests, he has my vote.
