This is a hoot. Like law enforcement could do anything with the information anyway. The man who raped me in 1990, and who had been charged with rape 5 times before he raped me, has failed to register for over a decade. Anyone want to wager that he's raped since?

Just another nail in our coffin. Pretty soon they will be video taping us in our beds and we will be "oh, yeah, well, it's for my protection".
