State Communications Unit deputy director Ruslan Abdul Rahman was quoted as saying the decision was "a brilliant idea," stressing that workers should "accept the move in a positive manner as this will actually encourage them to excel further."
One would assume that the first camera will be placed in Director Rahman's office. After all this would encourage him to excel further, right? (sarcasam mode off)
It is interesting how corporate heads love to put cameras in place to surveil the worker bees but would not want the same scrutiny in their own offices and boardrooms. It has been my experience that most office political machinations start at the top and trickle down.
