Sounds like it's NASCAR who has some sort of issue here. I think the AT&T rebrand is dumb just because cingular is a better brand that is is more recognizable as a cell phone provider than AT&T. Regardless if they want to change their image what business is it to NASCAR.
Although it wouldn't surprise me to hear about how they might be screwing with Nextel in one way or another, I am not hearing any details to this accusations. Sounds like a crock of @!$%# to me and more like NASCAR is trying to hurt AT&T's image out of spite.
