I smell a lawsuit and probably a claim of PTSD coming from this person ,who had to be "Hospitalized" for getting little "Dog Poo" on her hands! Need to find out how her kids(if she has any) went from diapers,and to be potty trained!

A little dog poo huh? Do you play with liquefied dog poo a lot? Here is a game for you. Go find a dog. Wait for him to poo. Place poo in plastic bag. Tie bag closed. Leave overnight. Open bag. Inhale. Clean vomit. Rest. Go back to bag. Play with poo. Vomit. Repeat until tired of fun.
Dog poo that has been trapped in a container and allowed to liquefy is just downright nasty and will make you sick. It is nowhere near the same as cleaning a baby's bottom. Also, the clerk did not sue this idiot. It was a criminal trial and the judge ordered the payment based on the outcome of the trial. The approximately $3000 is about what an overnight hospitalization for two nights would have cost, so it seems completely reasonable.
This guy was a vindictive jackass! He deserves what he got.

Solberg has a bad lawer. They can't make any connection to whether her illnesses were caused by the feces, and they probably weren't since most bacteria require more than 24 hours untill they reach a level where they body is "affected".

24 hours from when? Most dog feces comes out of the dog with bacteria on it. If you are talking about 24 hours from when the poo left the dog, who said it was less than that? It didn't say that the guy's dog dropped the biscuit in the envelope. More than likely, he got it from some laying around in someone's yard. So it was probably full of goodness by the time it went into the package. Plus being locked in a container and left in the Texas summer heat and humidity did wonders for it I am sure. You can tell by the fact that much of it was liquefied, that it was disgustingly ripe. And she reported being sick and needing hospitalization the next day (approximately 24 hours). So screw the bad lawyer comment. Solberg is immature and an idiot.

Dogs can carry a number of infectious diseases. Campylobacteriosis is usually caused by one of two bacteria – Campylobacter jejuni or Campylobacter coli. The bacteria is carried in the stool of an infected animal. Humans get the infection by handling stool or touching contaminated surfaces. Infection can cause abdominal cramps, watery or bloody diarrhea, fever, nausea and vomiting.
Leptospirosis is a bacteria disease caused by the Leptospira bacteria. People who are infected may develop fever, chills, severe headache, muscle aches, vomiting, jaundice, abdominal pain, diarrhea or a rash. Eventually, the condition may cause kidney damage, breathing problems, meningitis and liver failure.
Cryptosporidium is an infection with a parasite. Dogs sometimes carry the parasite in their feces and pass it on to humans. Signs of infection can include stomach cramps, watery diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.

What a dick this guy is. Contest it in court and curse the judge out, don't send dog feces to an unsuspecting clerk. Very uncool to send biologically hazardous material through mail slots. BTW, I don't care if she's faking because this guy deserves to be punished.

Coincidence ?!?!?!?!? I think so, cause i agree that it takes more than 24 hours to cultivate. This lady is just asking for a lawsuit for wrongful claims..... This guy got screwed by yet another case of " I work for the police, I am exempt to all laws, and can get my way" We have cops around here that get drunk and drive home with there fellow cops knowing they are doing it, and no one will do anything about it.... This is a classic example of a corrupt law enforcement in action. SUE THE WOMAN, SUE THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, SUE THE JUDGE, SUE THE WHOLE COUNTY WHO LET THIS HAPPEN !!!

Oh, okay. That is your agenda. It has nothing to do with this news item. But what the hell this is a free speech country, go ahead and rant on a tangent. The clerk (a civilian working for the city, not a cop) did not break any laws. Solberg broke the laws. So what the hell are you talking about?!
Sue the clerk, police, judge, and county for what? Letting you live?! Solberg is the idiot that broke the law (and took a particularly nasty form of retaliation by the way). Why do idiots like you hate some clerk whose job is to make sure people get credit for paying their bills?
