What's this?
Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

They are wearing the old design camo.
The newer stuff hides ya better

and washington really doesnt have a leg to stand on complaining about chinas so called "miltary spendign increase" as teh amount that china increased it's military budget is insignificant compared to the us spending. OR our anual increases.. of course the funny thing is, china is paying for that as well as we have had to borrow tons of cash as we are in a war and bush wants the economy to look good.(yeah i can run up my credit cards while out of work and look like I'm doing well as well)
WE spend more than the entire planet combined. Including china.
We have increased our defence spending.
Pulled out of the abm treaty, screwing with teh npt treaty and making new mini nukes and reliable replacement nukes.. Honestly it's like an army getting upset cause a guy upgrade his rack to a baseball bat. To put it in context we spent 450 billion last year, china 22 billion. China has 5 times our population. We spend 20times as much
