Mattel Recalls More Chinese-Made Toys

DANGEROUS TOYS: Mattel recalled 9 million Chinese-made toys Tuesday, including Polly Pocket play sets and Batman action figures, because of dangers to children from lead paint or tiny magnets.

POSSIBLY MORE: Mattel warned the recall could grow.

CHECK YOUR HOME: The government said consumers should make sure children are not playing with any of the recalled toys.

Ruth Hooke

We have been listening to the news about the recall of Poll Pocket toys (pre- Nov 2006). My daughter has the Pollyworld Rockin' Theme Park (J1681) and we are unsure how to proceed with regard to replacing this toy. We would appreciate your advice on this point.

Thank you for your help in anticipation.
