The Alba Quercus may be a great ham, I don't know. What I'm sure is that the other Maldonado hams are delicious. For those who live in the European Union, don't loose the opportunity of tasting a "jamón ibérico de bellota Maldonado". These are dry cured hams coming from "iberico" (iberian) race pigs that have been raised in the wild in the traditional way (not in farms) in Spain's south-western pasturelands (Extremadura), and that have been fed with acorns ("bellotas") and grass during their finishing period.
If you don't know how to slice it, you can buy it sliced or boneless. Ibergour is a good shop to go, of course.
