Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

I don't agree. Vick should be banned from playing in the NFL for life, as well as banned from the Hall of Fame. And from here on out, league officials should take a much tougher stance when ever an NFL player breaks the law. Punishments should range from season/game suspension to banned from playing forever. And if a player misses more than three games or is banned, they should also have a clause that gives salaries and bonuses back to the team. I'm sick of seeing pro athletes allowed to keep playing after drunk driving, drug abuse, wife beating, etc. We can, and should, hold these athletes to a higher standard. For me Vick is the final straw.

R.L. White has made a fool out of himself. This is not a racial issue, yet the Atlanta NAACP keeps trying to insert itself as the criminal's protector. It's a dark day for this civil rights organization, and someone higher up needs to explain things to RL White.
