It'll be a while before we hear Paul take Alaska.

Odd that CNN has called Arkansas for Clinton, where according to their site she has 69% of the vote with 4% of precincts reporting, while Alabama, which has Obama leading at 65% with 25% of precincts reporting, has yet to be called.

Might have to do with the exit poll data they have. Personally though I don't think they should project or announce anything till the counting is done.

Menino's Boston crew was behind Hillary and that counts a lot more in MA than Fat Ted and Deval Patrick.

Random comment related to MSNBC's number:

Those votes count. Currently only 22 delegates stand in the way of Obama overtaking Hillary's current lead.

I just hope that happens, but Hillary appears to have a strong presence in Arkansas and the eastern U.S.

Looks like next week's "Chesapeake" primaries in MD and VA will be important. I'm trying to make up my mind whether I'll vote here in the Old Dominion in the GOP or Dem primary. As a McCain guy if it looks like he's a lock I'll vote in the Dem if it's close.

Being of the type who would generally vote for a yellow dog rather than a Democrat I have no preferences and am open to bribery.

The bidding starts at $50.00 -- cash.

I'm a Canadian who has worked for Elections Canada in the last 3 elections here in Canada. To prove a point , when and if someone showed up and was not registered in their district , we had a table where the person could go , give I.D. , proof of residence, and register. Minutes later , they would return to now vote for WHOEVER they wanted!!! Not terribly complicated. You're a citizen with I.D. and proof of address , you have the right to vote , and THAT SAME DAY to boot. Watching the American elections , I laugh at the thought that Americans believe they REALLY live in a democracy. If you're SOOOOO free and democratic , why are soooo many turned away for bogus reasons (not registered , voting independent, etc.). Voter fraud has already been proved in the early caucuses and the most obvious victim has been Ron Paul. Millions collected , banners and bumper-stickers everywhere , debates won , and yet the system continues to find ways to suppress his message. And YOU, the Nazi.......I mean American media. WOW. Talk about a leopard showing it's spots. On the street today I can find 10 people in 10 minutes who know Ron Paul and his message (here , in Canada!!!) , and yet even MY MEDIA (CTV , CBC , TVQ) go out of their way not ensure his name is not mentioned. It's become obvious , America will go down , dragging everyone else with them. The rumoured GREAT AMERICAN PATRIOT no longer exists on this planet. So get ready world. Here comes the storm. To the Rockefeller's , Rothschild's , Windsors , and Bush's...........enjoy it.....(For he has a short time. And they are given 1 hour with him!). Your riches and position have fooled you. To the media , what comes around goes around. To the sheeple of the world , don't worry , nothings wrong. It's all good. To the winner of the coming election , good luck sleeping at night , knowing you didn't really win but are put there to finish whats started. Don't worry , July is coming and the Cremation of Care will take care of that. Ohh! No women in Bohemian Grove. I'm sure someone can figure this out?????
