Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Now help us disabled veterans buy an older home to fix up and cut our housing expenses in half. Cutting the interest rates aren't helping us that need the help becuase the idiots that control the financing aren't loaning any money to us because we cannot get the credit bureaus to correct our credit reports and scores. I can pay over a $1000.00 dollars a month for rent which is going up a another $100.00 on APril 1st but I can't finance an older home with $600-$800.00 mortgage payments. I am fighting anyone and everyone to correct my credit reports and sacores but to no avail. I have found an area that I can buy Houses for as little as 5800.00 but I can't get the financing because of the credit bureaus won't correct my reports and scores. Paul W Conlin II P.S. We need help quickly!

Help all disabled veterans get back on their feet by helping us to purchase a home and start our own small business. We have made lots of sacrifices for out country but no one seems to want to reallly help us. I'm not talking about a lot of money either but if its the right kind of help we can repay it in volumes. Paul W Conlin II

I don't like the way these tasks forces arre going about with their recommendations that seem to be creating a new level of vetean instead of helping all veterans in the same ways. They are talking about revamping the entirre disability compensation scales thus creating special favors toward the Iragi and Afganstan veterans only. This is not right because we all have suffered with the loss of earnigs because we were younger at some time too. I say create a program that would give every Disabled veteran $10,000.00 to $25,000.00 for every 10% we are rated by the Veterans Administration to a Maximum amount to start our own small businesses. We would still have available the government program that help people to start and manage a small business. This would probably lower severe treatments of depression as well as homelessness among Veterans because we would be working for ourselves which would raise personnal self-esteem. This would increase the economy in all small communities throughout the United States. Cut foreign aid and earmarks to pay for this program. The payback would be through more business taxes and would lower unemployment evrywherre. Paul W Conlin II

        Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein,

Thank you for supporting the Stimulus Bill.

You have given several buyers, sellers, and everyone in the Real Estate and Lending industry some light.

Thank you, Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein for leading California with such care.

Unfortunately, Realtor's usually get a negative response from individuals who have selected the wrong Broker or Lender in past transactions. However, when you purchase anything in life we as consumers have to choose carefully. I,for one am someone who likes to trust that there are still honest individuals
who enjoy their job and would like to REALLY HELP people in making the right decision.

So,I would like to apologize to all the individuals who have been victims of Fraud or who have been misled and promised the world.

Please screen all Realtors and Lenders with complete discretion.

I too agree with the professional agent but would like to caution that when credit markets start to open that uw guidelines be more tighter so we don't have the fraud incentatives we had in the past. On the flip side please consider better access for investors with qualified status to move on the inventory to help the market...
