— LOUISVILLE, Ky. - NBC Sports' award-winning commentator Bob Neumeier collapsed in the Churchill Downs paddock prior to the running of the Kentucky Oaks on Friday.

Neumeier was taken by ambulance to Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, where a spokeswoman said he was conscious.
