SAN MATEO — Business software maker NetSuite Inc. said Tuesday it has named former Motorola Inc. CEO Ed Zander to its board.
Zander, who also served as chairman of the cell phone maker, retired from that post in 2008. Before joining Motorola in 2004, he spent 15 years with Sun Microsystems Inc.
Shares of NetSuite rose 35 cents, or 3.5 percent, to $10.31.
