Huntington Preferred Capital declares dividend

COLUMBUS — Huntington Preferred Capital Inc., which buys and manages mortgage assets, said Monday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 49 cents per share of its Class C preferred stock.

The dividend is payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record Aug. 25.
