NEW YORK — Clearwire Corp. Chief Financial Officer David Sach has left the company to pursue other opportunities, the company said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
Sach was in the position for less than a year. He took the job in January after leaving the same position at Luxembourg-based Millicom International Cellular SA.
The wireless broadband service provider also said in the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Chief Strategy Officer Scott Richardson has submitted his resignation.
Richardson will continue to serve as a strategic adviser.
Clearwire said the details on compensation packages for the two executives are still being finalized and will be disclosed at a later date.
The company said last week that Erik E. Prusch was appointed its new chief financial officer.
Shares ended up 45 cents, or 6.2 percent, to $7.70.
