— A new anti-terrorism community watch program, iWATCH, beginning this weekend in Los Angeles, advises the public that these nine suspicious signs should be reported to police:

_People drawing or measuring important buildings.

_Strangers asking questions about security or building security procedures.

_Briefcase, suitcase, backpack or package left behind.

_Cars or trucks left in "No Parking" zones in front of important buildings.

_Intruders in secure areas where they are not supposed to be.

_A person wearing clothes that are too big and too heavy for the weather.

_Chemical smells or fumes that worry you.

_Questions about sensitive information such as building blueprints, security plans or VIP travel schedules without a right or need to know.

_Purchasing supplies or equipment that can be used to make bombs or weapons or purchasing uniforms without having proper credentials.

___

The iWATCH program advises people to be alert for those behaviors at these 12 important types of places:

_Government buildings.

_Religious facilities.

_Amusement parks.

_Sports/Entertainment venues.

_High-rise buildings.

_Mass-gathering locations — such as parades and fairs.

_Schools.

_Hotels.

_Theaters.

_Shopping malls.

_Bridges.

Quit trying to discredit Tyler. He works for NV, as you are WELL aware and your post has been under at least 2 different names on different threads. You've been reported over and over, so cut it out.

It's an anti-terrorism neighborhood watch in LA. Hardly 'the government' becoming 'Big Brother'. Get a grip.
