Liberty Property to pay 47.5-cent dividend

MALVERN — Liberty Property Trust said its board has declared a cash dividend of 47.5 cents per share for the fourth quarter.

The office and industrial properties owner said the dividend will be payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Jan. 1.
