SANTA CLARA — Agilent Technologies Inc. said Wednesday that it has appointed Didier Hirsch as its senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Hirsch, 59, has worked for Agilent since its inception in 1999 and has served as acting chief financial officer and vice president since April.
Shares of the scientific instrument maker rose 6 cents to close at $27.58 and rose 2 cents in after-hours trading.
