LOS ANGELES — "Bones" star David Boreanaz was sued Thursday for alleged sexual harassment by a woman who appeared as an extra on the show last year.

Kristina Hagan sued Boreanaz and 20th Century Fox Television for more than $25,000 on sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims.

Her lawsuit alleges the actor repeatedly tried to kiss and fondle her after she appeared as an extra on the show in August. It claimed that incidents occurred in several locations, including the actor's car.

The suit claims she repeatedly met with the actor because he promised her a recurring role on the Fox TV series, but that role never developed.

"The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd," Boreanaz publicist Holly Shakoor said in a statement. "There is no validity to this lawsuit."

An e-mail message to a 20th Century Fox publicist was not immediately returned.

Hagan is being represented by Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred, who said her client is "looking forward to her day in court."

Why did she wait almost a year? and again, another 'mistress done wrong' type represented by Gloria Allred. I know, this one was 'groped' by him. Yes, he has had affairs, he is not the most moral person going, he is another married man who was with Rachal Uchital. (does she 'date' unmarried men?) Who is also being 'represented by Allred. Did this woman file a complaint with the studios? As soon as it was evident she did not have a recurring role, but it seemed she was an extra from August through Sept. Did she have a recurring job as an extra? It is going to come down, since it took place 10-11 months ago, a she said, he said incident. BUT, IT IS ALWAYS SUSPICIOUS WHEN ALLRED IS INVOLVED. I know 'NO' means 'NO' BUT why were 'talks' taking place in HIS CAR? If they were legitimatley going to talk about 'work', the two could have done it anywhere. I am sure he has an office at the studio, but SHE goes to have a 'meeting' about this in his car???? NO, not right. sounds like she was trying for HIM and maybe he rejected her, or maybe it did not happen. Don't know, but something is not right.
