LOS ANGELES — Another child of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith is set to star in the remake of a Hollywood classic.

Ten-year-old Willow Smith is set to play the title role in "Annie."

The film is being developed by Overbrook Entertainment, which the Smiths co-own, along with Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter and Sony Pictures.

Last year, 12-year-old Jaden Smith starred in a remake of "The Karate Kid," which raked in $343 million worldwide.

Sony's Columbia Pictures first brought "Annie" to theaters in 1982.

The movie was based on the Broadway musical in which an orphan's life is transformed when she goes to live with the wealthy industrialist Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks.

Wow....I see Jada and Will in her face. Should be a good remake.

Jaden should be able to draw deeply from her experience and sing with great conviction "It's the Hard-Knock Life."

Lol...I'm guessing Sarcasm Jeff . And Diversity not sure where the "WOW" comes in.. Jada and Will are her biological parents.. who did you expect to see in her face? Well I guess when you are part owner in a production company , you can do whatever you want .. they sure are pushing these kids into the limelight aren't they. Maybe she does have a "hard knock life"

ledgeroo.....my wow is that she's got those big ears like will smith and I don't see anything unusual about the wow.......you say "maybe" she does have a "hard knock life"??.....

I highly doubt she's anything less than spoiled like the rest of Hollywood kids if you wanna go down that road.

You wanna see a "hard knock life" go take a walk downtown, that's the real deal.
