WILMINGTON — The Associated Press reported erroneously Wednesday that the judge in the Tribune Co. bankruptcy case said legal claims against Tribune chairman Sam Zell could have merit. The judge told Zell's attorney that he didn't want to hear arguments on the validity of claims against Zell. The judge said he was not saying that he thinks the claims have merit.
