LOS ANGELES — It was the last tango for David Arquette.

The 40-year-old actor was dismissed Tuesday from "Dancing With the Stars."

He earned 47 points out of 60 for his two dances on Monday's episode, landing in second to last place.

Judges' scores are combined with viewer votes to determine which celebrity contestant is ousted each week.

Nancy Grace finished last Monday, but fans kept her in the contest. She will dance again next week, along with Ricki Lake, J.R. Martinez, Rob Kardashian and Hope Solo.

Chaz Bono, Carson Kressley, Chynna Phillips, Kristin Cavallari, Elisabetta Canalis and Metta World Peace, formerly known as Ron Artest, have already been eliminated this season.

He should have went a long time ago...he tried but just never was able to dance. Max needs the boot next because of his disrespectful mouth. I was not aware that it was Max's show until he informed America and the other contenders and pro dancers it was.

To be fair to Hope they need to fire MAX on spot and get here a real pro so she has chance in this. Its plain Max cares more for his Ego than his partner.

Schwimmer cried backstage during Monday's episode and was still upset after the show, when she complained about the judges' "rude" remarks about Bono.

"Every week he gets referred to as an animal," she said. "They always comment on his personality, and last I checked, this was a dancing show."

Say what? how long has she been on the show, Bruno says werid crap about EVERYONE.

As for the judges playing favorites, If it was not for who her partner was he would have been booted on week one. The guy moves like a glacier and it has nothing to do with size because BIG men and women have been on they before and done very well. Chaz started the whole show with no talent and no physical fitness. The plus size wemon on the show do the dance backwards in heels and he can't even do simple steps going forward in Flats?

Apparently, Bono can't take it like a man, she's whining over her getting the boot like a little girl.

I'm glad Maks said what he said. It's about time some one stood up to Len. Len needs to go. Maks wasn't being disrepectful, he was just frustrated over sending good dancers home, and keeping Chaz on the show for so long.
