how much money do you think is wasted transferring the money from the fed to the states before it is distributed to the people who need it?

    How much of that federal money is going to corporate owned farms and how much if any, is going to independent farmers?

      corporate farms: the biggest chunk
      independant farms(are any left?):less than .2%

      just my estimation.
