Bill Clinton

Love President Clinton...no matter what the religious right-wing tried to do to discredit all his good works while in office!

Bill Clinton is the most eloquent politician we have had in recent history. He can say more with fewer simple words than anyone on the political front today. There is a reason that the Clintons are truly the "first family" of the Democratic Party, spot formerly held by the Kennedys.

"People have always been more impressed by the power of our example, then the example of our power." WOW. Best, most true to life line of the whole convention.

Well the first speech was given by someone who only recently has become proud of her country. The next women has stated over and over again that Obama is not qualified. Her husband was an impeached president who has lied under oath. And the VP nominee has demonstrated for the thrid time that no one wants him as president, has been around so long and doesn't demonstrate the 'Change' we hear about, and has also stated that Obama is not qualified and he would be proud to run with McCain. So although they were all eloquent who do you believe? I don't think their words can provide any comfort or confidence in an Obama president.

Bill Clinton is the consummate politician of our time, just as John Kennedy was of his. It's amazing how he can hold an entire audience in the palm of his hand. Biden was definitely good, as well. His speech came from his heart and his love of family came through loud and clear. What on earth can the Republicans possibly do to top this Obama speech tonight? NOTHING.

They all did such a great job in so many different ways. Bill was CLASSIC Bill. Takes you all the way around the issue and gets you to slap yourself upside the head and say "Of course your right!" Joe's and Michelle's were heartfelt and moving. Joe's had the indictment that we needed to hear of McCain and tying him to Bush. John Kerry did a great job too-Candidate McCain vs Senator McCain. Hillary's was exactly what she needed to do and it was wonderful and had some great lines-No how, now way, no McCain. But I still think Bill was the most impressive.

                                          BTW-the Montana Governor was wonderful!

MSNBC completely BLEW IT by not carrying John Kerry's speech. Instead, the last Democratic presidential nominee, speaking in prime time was passed over for ...Rachel Maddow! That is a crime.

I agree that John Kerry should have been given more air time. But, CSPAN did carry the Kerry speech. And, it was a good speech! He did what he should have done last time, which was to put Bush (and the other ultra-conservative Republicans) in their place! He would have won, if he had!

I loved Bill's speech. We all knew he would hit it out of the stadium and he did what was expected and more. Hillary was fabulous. Lets not forget John Kerry though, that was the best speech I have ever seen him give. Michelle's speech was much better than anything I have seem from her before and it was the first time I ever liked her. Then we have Bo Biden, his speech was so touching I was almost crying. And Joe Biden gave a speech that felt as if he were speaking directly to me. And I loved the way chopped up McCain, I have never seen anybody do that and have a smile and nice things to say while sending the other person to the chopping block. It was most impressive.

I think they all were great. They touched us in different ways. Biden speech was very emotional and close to home. Move over Republicans, Lets go Democrat. Go Obama-Biden!!

Hilary has a so much class, knowledge, power and strength. What a remarkable women. All Americans are blessed to have her here in our life time to keep fighting for equal rights. Bill Clinton gave a great speech and we should listen to his wisdom and to remember his advice when we cast our vote - to vote for Ombana the Democrate!

The whole team came up big. Hillary nosed out Bill and Joe Biden was fantastic as was Michelle Obama. Electrifying convention for the Democratic party!

The decision is hard on who was the best. Michelle blew me away on Monday night. I was ready to vote for HER for President. I think I probably would say Hillary was the best: "No Way, No How, No McCain." Neither Hillary or Obama were my first choice for candidates, but, I believe we have to get a Democrat back in the White House, black or white, male or female. I do like Joe Biden and believe he will give Obama what he lacks. I was and still am a staunch John Edwards supporter and I am deeply saddened by his lack of personal judgement, so, Obama, I believe is the closest to what John Edwards stands for. YES YOU CAN, BARACK OBAMA!!!
