Which contributed most to Barack Obama's victory?

The hate is still there...just not on the side you think it was.  At least now African-Americans can no longer complain that this a white racist country.   Which should put racists like Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan out of buisness.

The hate IS still there- it's not going anywhere.  But for now, I will revel in the crybaby whiners of America- who couldn't steal this one, because the adults finally came out to play and supervise.

As I predicted, we have the racists blaming it on the black vote, and the Limbaugh dittoheads blaming that ever present myth of the "liberal media" for their misfortunes.  For those of you neo-cons who think the media gave Obama a break, I urge you to review the history of this election for the last 2 years and look at the dirt Barack Obama had to shovel out of to get here.

The so-called "party of personal responsibility" can't even accept responsibility for their own miserable failure.  Not just last night, but the last 8 nightmarish years.  Blame the media.  Blame the liberals.  Blame the democrats.  Hey, why don't you just blame America too, while you're at it.

This election wasn't close.  The haters have been told to sit down and shut up, but looking at the crowd at McCain's concession speech, you would think you were seeing the "master race" all over again.  A real eye opener.

I'll take Mc Cain's friends over Oscumma's any day. As far as the master race-----where have you been--- with your head in the sand as all good Bummacrats have? Look at a few old newsreels of Hitler in Germany before the Anchloss--the Oscumiacs had the same light in their eyes. Maybe if we truly wanted a change in Washington, we should have thrown them all out.  Every single one.  Get new ideas, start over.  Oh wait!!!!  McCain, Hillary, Biden and Obama would all be out.  They are Washington.  How about one- term limitations-- period, across the board. How many of those " change" supporters currently in Washington  would support that?  One and done, I say!

Thank you SO much - I can't tell you how much I appriciate not feeling alone.  Many Chrisitains are saddened today because they forget that God is in control.  Obama is on the extreme far left and Americans voted him in because they hated Bush - not because they took the time to examine him or the impact of his proposed policies.  But when our freedoms and morals are threated by his agenda I think that it just may bring a revival on our country - and I pray that it brings us back to our knees which is where this country began.

All I heard last night was what a historic making event, then he started backpeddling about two minutes into his acceptance speech that he may not be able to get all his promises he made a possibility! Imagine that! His supporters are irresponsible, careless people that he has enabled to continue to be even more irresponsible and lazy! He says he is against abortion but pro-choice!!???? Isn't that an oxy-moron?? He worked very hard to brainwash the weak into believing that he can change the world. If I told everyone that I was going to make every U.S. citizen a millionaire would I get elected president? I guess I didn't have the same crystal ball everyone else that voted for him did. Just because he said he can create change doesn't mean it will happen. Sept 11, 2001 created change. Change is only beneficial if it is positive. How do we know if the changes he has over-promised will actually happen? Under promise and over deliver is a more reasonable approach. He is way out there along with the rest of his followers. He is a supporter of killing babies. Not good change. Our country is in more trouble now than ever! Jesus is the ONLY one who can make changes. Obama is not God.

Well with a Democratic House and Senate and the Executive office also held by a Democrat there are no excuses. 

I pray all goes well, but I aslo pray that I don't end up distributing all my hard earned money to some lazy lowlife as a hand out, becasue he was not as ambitious as I was to support him self or herslef and their family.  I have worked hard all my life to be able to pay for my sons college, it hasn't been easy but I saved over the $250,000 over a 47 year life time.  I hope I don't have to redistribute my wealth.

I hope this guy knows its against the law to lay someone off due to their political views!  Did someone get this guys name?  I sure hope so.  I hope his employees heard him say it, and when they get laid off, they can sue him for everything he has, which will cost him a H*ll of a lot more than Obamas tax plan!

Bet he was just blowing steam.  I too have a company, and  as my ability to pay becomes less, I will lay off.  I too have an employee who told me to my face that it was only fair that she gets more of what I have because that is what the NEW Obamites ( yep what she called herself) were pledging.  That the more I make, the more she should get.  Mind you, she has a schedule created around her school schedule.  Gets a check exactly the same time each week, but doesn't always make it to work on time or actually get her job done, but none the less gets paid.   I volunteered to let her take some of my liabilties, some of the bills, some of the loans and by all means some of the stress of having to make payroll.  Here is how I equated it to her since she is a college student.  Don't remember exactly where I got this analogy, but it fits.  She actually has a 4.0 and is on  scholarships for scholastics as well as need.  I asked her how she would feel about giving two points off her GPA to someone who didn't make the grades she did or giving up her scholarships.  She whined about working so hard and studying and that NO ONE gave her the grades, she earned them, and then the light bulb went on.  Enough said.

I too will be getting rid of 1 of every 4 employees and will be doing it based on their support of obama. I already know who they will be and I don't really care if they suspect my reasoning or not. Of course the official reason for firing them will be because of financial concerns, which is the honest truth. But since I have to make a decision and I will have to let some people go, the ONLY fair way to do it is by trying to give some people exactly what they wanted and a very real lesson in the reality of life so they can make better choices when they vote next time. They wanted "change" and they knew that that "change" would come at the cost of increased taxes on corporations and an increased financial burden on employers, but they wanted it anyway, now time to get it. Not a single person that employees people and has to make the decision of who to let go and who to keep is going to get rid of an employee that wants to keep the business strong to ba able to continue to provide them with a job over a person that wanted to provide handouts to dead-beats at the cost of the company that provides them with a job.

There are only two possible outcomes. First, obama will fail to keep his promise, which is by far the most likely since it really is impossible for him to do any of the things he said he would do. On the other hand, he can raise those takes on corporations and let the blood letting begin and sit there and wonder why raising takes on the wealthy actaully left the wealthy paying fewer taxes than before so now the tax burden on the middle-class has to be increased to take up the slack.

You can probably bet it's member of Al Qaeda, or Hamas, or the Taliban, who know.  But whoever it is, you can bet it won't be good for America.

Our Tax System Explained: Bar Stool Economics

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.

The fifth would pay $1.

The sixth would pay $3.

The seventh would pay $7.

The eighth would pay $12.

The ninth would pay $18.

The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that's what they decided to do.

The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. 'Since you are all such good customers,' he said, 'I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20.' Drinks for the ten now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free.

But what about the other six men - the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his 'fair share?'

They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer.

So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's bill by roughly the same amount, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

And so:

The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings).

The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings).

The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28%savings).

The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).

The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% savings).

The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant, the men began to compare their savings.

'I only got a dollar out of the $20,'declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man,' but he got $10!'

'Yeah, that's right,' exclaimed the fifth man. 'I only saved a dollar, too.

It's unfair that he got ten times more than I got' 'That's true!!' shouted the seventh man. 'Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!'

'Wait a minute,' yelled the first four men in unison. 'We didn't get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!'

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks so the nine sat down and had beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

And that, ladies and gentlemen, journalists and college professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

I have posted many thoughts, mostly original and all objective and true.   You want to know the responses from all, and I mean all Obama supporters... ahem.... Barock the vote!, Change and Hope!, Charisma!...to name a few, I am sure you know the rest.  Would you like to know the responses I got when I asked if those people knew what Obamas stances on the issues were? Didn't get any, just more Obama campaign-isms.   How those choices, taxation, union re-energization, etc, etc., would effect our economy, country, jobs, quality of goods, services, education and lifestyle?  They didn't know that either.  You should go back and review television, radio and article interviews with the masses of Obama-ers.  They were clueless as to any of the issues and where he and his party stood.  Obviously duped by marketing and salesmanship not the product.  That is so reflective of today's society.  No one researches products anymore, they just buy what was advertised best, what celebrity is using the product, what everyone else is buying.  So who are the idiots? I can tell you it is far from me lady.  I put myself through USC, then a MBA program.  Then I worked hard, paid off student loans,  eventually started a company, then two.  Now I employ hundreds of people of all race, class, colors and creeds.   I pride myself on people over profits (I have private companies), great benefit programs, college funds for employee's children.  So I have done a great part and enhanced if not given many people a life, a really good one...but I ask them to work hard, work smart.  What do you do?  What are your original thoughts on Obamas stances? What are your interpretation of consequences? Wait, let ME guess.  Obamamama? YES WE DID?  Sorry, I forgot who you are too....but I am sure my money won't forget to find it's way to you.

Actually if you look at it..it was the mess the Democrats made.  The first 6 years of Bush's presidency we had economic prosperity, the last 2 years with a Democrat control Senate and House, the economy went from great to the worse.  Yet you still want to blame Bush for the Democrats mistakes.  And in 4 fours when Obamabidenlama has made things worse, you will still blame Bush.

You're right DicFlash...I guess while he was being "serviced," and dealing with the ramifications of his actions, he did a great job protecting our nation.  9/11 was neat.  He was also a charismatic guy. 

What it should tell you is the Republican party has never attempted to understand the issues that are facing a good portion of the minorities in this country and has actively governed in a way that has made the american dream inaccessible for them.

When you make a mess, people will point at you. And yes, Democrats did blame the Republicans for a lot of the problems, right or wrong, but not in the Rovian style of anger, nastiness and downright uncivil like manners. Just a matter of style and class.

I always just assumed the Repulican party would be the "violent party" if it really came to blows.   But I have never seen more violence and "nastiness" as I have seen over the past six months out the the democat/socialist supporters.

Don't you mean families of 2 with a taxable income of 250,000.00 or more? Oh, and remember that's after deductions, health care, retirement, etc....   Also take into account that the tax increase being proposed is still less then what they paid 8 years ago.  It is a roll back of 3%.  The bush tax plan cut taxes for the higher incomes at a much higher rate then the lower.  If the Tax cuts had been even across the board there may not have been the problems today.  But then again you can not spend 10Billion dollars a month overseas to rebuild another country, cut taxes on the upper incomes in your own country, and keep an economy going all at the same time.  Thus budget deficit and borrowed money from foreign interests!  If the next president does nothing but pay off our debt and get China (and other foreign interests) out of our government money management system we will be better off then today.  As for sharing the wealth please thank all those people who shared their wealth with you when you attended public school, road a school bus, drive on a public road, or go to a public event in the park!

....as long as Obama doesn't spend $10 Billion a month killing our youth, then its all good.  If we are going to spend that much money every month, I am more than willing to spend it on my own country!
