I didn't see any questionable calls. I think they did a very nice job.

They totally gave the Cardinals the shaft. Why did number 92 of the steelers not get kicked out of the game?? Personal foul??

The refs called some bad calls on both teams. Some that could of been overturned if reviewed.

Refs had more tv time than I care for. There was a lot of holding calls, but more that didn't get called. Arizona just didn't make the play

I think the Ref's blew it at the end by not spending the time to evaluate the "fumble" call on Warner. His arm was going forward.

Horrible - The officials did not even come close to being consistent. Always a big problem in football.

Just like the Seahawks a couple years ago. No calls made the difference. Count the blocks in the back during the int return...

That last possession by Warner should have been called a pass and not a fumble.

The NFL is rigged. If you have to play the Stealers there is just not much of a reason to show up - They're "supposed" to win.

Remember, the only official on the play was the ref, since all the other officials were on the line or in the end zone. Harrison is not that fast, but he was faster than the referee (the one guy with a white hat). It was bang bang. Give it up Card fans. Warner shouldn't have made the throw. Nuff said.

Really funny - for now on when a qb is going to get sacked all he has to do is move his arm and thow the ball a yard or two to avoid the sack? At least that what the Cards think - they got away with it once but not the second.

How about the ref calling the holding call in the end zone - he was 15 yards away and behind the play -

Oh, so Warner should have just intetionally grounded it like Ben did two or three times and never got called.

not to take anything away from Pitt as they deserved too win (but so did Ari). However, the refs gave Pitt the game with the bogus fumble. Warner's arm clearly went forward. The game should have gone downn to a last sec hail mary.

Yes his hand did come forward, but his hand must have total control of the football of which warner did not have there call on the field was the correct call

                                                    ted,

You may be correct, but why didn't the crew review the play? The roughing the passer was bogus. The refs have to understand that the QB is a 245lb player who is more likely to run you over than slide. When you have a play that close, you have to take all of it into consideration.

The morons didn't want to review the play because then Arizona would have had a chance to win. The NFL is going to make more money off of a Crapsburg win than a Arizona win....

The ref's were horrible. The Cardinals had to use two challenges to correct them and on the game winning TD, Holmes said his feet never left the ground. There is a still shot on this site that clearly shows his right foot is not touching the ground, it is on top on his left. Hard enough to beat the Steelers by themselves, beating them and the refs is impossible.

I guess the reversal of the Steelers first touchdown and the holding call in the endzone were all part of the master plan to give the Steelers the game. I agree the referees were bad but they were bad in both directions.

The league, through the officials, are pulling strings to create more drama and try to pull in more fans. The script yesterday went much like this: Steelers are the favorite, so they get all of the early breaks, but the drama is slipping away, so lets help AZ with a couple of calls. Nice work, the underdogs are on top, but the clock is running out, so we better find a way to make sure the Steelers get the win. Hey, we did it.....in fact, we think we created the most exciting, best Super Bowl ever.

The interception return should not have counted due to holding, the "roughing the passer" was utter fiction, the "running into the holder" was due to a block, Harrison should have been ejected for clearly throwing a punch -- which was before the change of possession, not after -- Santonio Holmes' right foot never hit the ground on his TD, and it is downright astonishing the refs did not stop to at least look at the final turnover, which I still find to be a questionable call. Congratulations to Mike Tomlin and his team, they played a great season and deserved to be there. Too bad the officiating creates a stink around their title.

Also, earlier in the game the multiple "unnecessary roughness" calls against the Cardinals when they went after the Steeler's quarterback was incorrect. In fact, the referees decided the game by giving so many penalties to the Cardinals!!!! It is a tragedy when referees are given this much power that they abuse and anyone can see the bias that makes the winner. I was disgusted with the referees and they were definitely biased against the Cardinals, who hardly had any penalties during the regular season and the playofffs. God bless the Cardinals for tolerating this defeat. They WON according to Marie in AZ and all my family!!!! and to Kurt Warner -- YOU are the GREATEST EVER!!!!

It is tragic that unfair, erroneous calls are made on athletes as great as Kurt Warner and some of the other Cardinals. The Cardinals struggled throughout the game with this. They are usually the ones who are sportmanlike. They usually do not get so many "calls" on penalties. This was a tragic mess up on the part of the referees! Marie in AZ
