It would have been if people cared about the teams that were playing.

It was a good game and the media tried to hype it up as much as they could... it wasn't a Joe Montana last min drive or 2002 Patriots win.

The Patriot's win in 2002 was the greatest Super Bowl of all time (this one wasn't even close).

A great game? It would have been. But I felt some of the Steeler cheap shots near the end took something away from the victory.

To my fellow Steeler Nations Fans: It doesn't matter because history was made! We have 6 R-I-N-G-S!!!! To the Hater nation out there: And your team has how many? And to everyone who thinks we are the STEALER nation-- this is one time I don't mind my team being a REPEAT OFFENDER!

BIG BIG, TROY, SANTONIO and the entire team-- see ya all at the mall, at church, clubbin in the STRIP or at WARD's spot or wherever-- when you get HOME to ROOST!!! We LOVE you! You make us proud!

It was a great game and it will be contraversial for the ages! It generated revenue, sparked excitement, entertained the old and young of not just America, but the world alike! Super Bowl VVIIII has people conversing about something other than the weather and politics! My awesome Pittsburgh Steelers gave this city one more reason to party! My fellow neighbors maybe applying for food stamps and mortgage assistance at record levels while the foriegn bill collectors call, but at least we are happy! We Steeler fans wear our Black n Gold proudly YEAR ROUND!!! Not just during football season! And for all you who just don't get it... come visit Pittsburgh-- because you ALWAYS have a friend in PENNsylvania! :)

This is my America!!! Welcome back! Now can we have another round?

I've gotta admit that Pittsburgh must be the happiest spot on the planet right now. Enjoy it while you can, Appalled in America-001, because glory is always fleeting. Your Stealers might not ever make it back to the Super Bowl again.

it was like 25 years between them, but the true fans stuck around. That's what it means to be a Steeler fan... through the bad, and the bad, and the bad, and the REALLY bad, and the good.

Ronald! I LOVE this town! But I've had this excitement for 38 years! We love sports! I means the Pirates may not be exactly on top at the moment, but I enjoy trying to predict future stars of the game... Plus I love Three Rivers stadium... One REALLY nice spot. The steelers always COME back! ALWAYS!!!!! We are a faithful fan basethrough the good times (now!) and the (not so good times) rebuilding times of not so long ago)...I we are not fickled. We understand sacfice and the lessons of a loss... The STEELERS! t's NOT just a team-- WE ARE FAMILY!!!! :)

It depends--- there are die hards who believe it is bad luck to WASH their charms! Personally, I contribute to the local merchants and buy NEW stuff every year! Lighten up-- I am a classy Lady! but I do feel special from all your attention... but the outcome will never change! My daughter will be just be like me! She and her friends love the Steelers... Yep-- you can't out grow us and we will not die off-- we have little Steeler Nation people! Some of us even decorate our baby's nursey in Steeler logos... Noone cared about the Cardinals until they won the NFC... Suddenly everyone wants them to win .... very few real Football fans exist....

Lay off the refs and the penalty calls. The Cardinals played a great game but their offense lost the game. The best play was also their worst-referring to the 64 yard TD to Fitzie. Anyone who claims to be a fan knows you DO NOT leave time on the clock in the fourth quarter. Any great QB can operate a two minute drive and score. That's why they are called GREAT!

Lay off the refs and the penalty calls. Let's face it, the Cardinals played a great game and kudos to them. However, their best play was also their worst - referring to the 64 yard TD by Fitzie. Any one who claims to be a true football fan knows you DO NOT leave time on the clock in the fourth quarter. Any great QB can and will operate the two minute drill and score. Great QB's and great teams always find a way to win without needing the refs. Ask any Colt and Pat fan.

"Whine" - sound of a stealers fan defending their "victory"! Yes, I spelled it with an a on purpose!

Sorry, but to me that's the sound of all the non-Steeler fans (haters) trying to discredit the win.
