How will Terrell Owens fare with the Bills?

The Buffalo Bills decided to take a chance on Terrell Owens, the talented but high-maintenance receiver, signing him to a $6.5 million, one-year deal on March 7.

TO, the king of complainers, will be joining a team that has no solid QB.
The complaining will start day one of the season, and won't end.

No more excuses Tony Romo and Jerry Jones. Let's see who you will blame now. TO is no saint but neither are you.

It'll be funny if the Bills win more games than the Cowboys. It's all on Tony Romo and Jerry Jones now. Can't use TO as an excuse now.

He will have good stats, but will not help the Bills reach the playoffs. He will not start complaining until the second year (if there is a second year). Take it from a used Cowboy fan.

i think the only reason he got the contract with buffalo is because the media won't let him just "go away" which is my choice for him. if you look beneath the surface you see that the man is not at all smart and his actions can't change because he can't figure out that he's out of touch with reality as most folks see it. keep talking about him and he lives on...so blame ourselves for this trainwreck.

Are you kiddding me? Oj the downfall of the Buffalo Bills? When OJ played he was the main reason the Bills won as many games as they did. He was the only weapon they had at the time. What happened with OJ in the early 90's outside of football had nothing to do with the Bills nor did it contribute to any downfall the Bills may have had. One of the best decisions the Bills management ever nade was having OJ as part of their team. As far as TO being part of any downfall...that has yet to be seen.

If so many teams were interested, then why did he sign a 1-year contract with the Bills so soon after being released?

The Bills either overpaid or they are begging the NFL to move them to Toronto.

Who cares. He is a premadonna with the same in an agent. So many coaches and assistant's have worked with him in the past. Who wants him? The Bills made a bad choice and will pay for it over the next year.

I don't know what the Buffalo Bills are thinking. The place for Terrell Owens is retired and sitting in his livingroom watching the players who really want to help their team win. Terrell is a good receiver and if it wasn't for his attitude and ego he could be close to Jerry Rice. At Owens' age he should just call it quits. The Bills offense which didn't come up to their potential last season doesn't need a player who is going to cause a tremendous distraction. I must say he won't last out the season. He'll be released before the season is over.

Kudos to the Bills for giving T.O. only a one year contract. That may keep him from becoming the emotional weakling that makes him such a "Turmoil Obsessive" twerp. In spite of his seemingly superhuman physical capacity, T.O. is a closet wimp. Otherwise, he could control his emotions when things aren't going his way.

Perhaps, the remainder of his career being ended by as many one year contracts that his conduct warrants would protect the Bills, or any other team that dares to sign him. It just may be the healthy dose of humility that he has needed for some time. If he allows it to occur without reverting to his twerpness, he just may deserve to enter the Hall of Fame someday.

Owens will not change his spots, he is and always will be a CANCER to any team that is unfortunate enough to hire his talents. Look at PacMan and Keyshawn Johnson. Best thing about Keyshawn is he has verbal talents and has a career in broadcasting. PacMan and T.O. can not put a comprehensive sentence together....BAD MOVE Bills!

He'll last 1 year. It is obvious that this guy has a serious personality disorder. But what I find such a joke are the quotes attributed to players regarding owens joining the Bills. It is so obvious they are written by the PR department. My guess is the universal feeling of the Bills is probably more along the lines of "oh S***".

Good heavens no, Darren. But I think that, if the bills put a real team around TO, he might end up being a great trade. With the Cowboys, he was wasted.

T.O. going to the Bills is good for 2 reasons... #1 Let's face it He's a GREAT WR and that alone will take heat off Lee Evens. #2 The Bills are one of the most quiet teams in the NFL as far as unless they do something spectacular like have the greatest comeback in NFL history , or go to 4 straight Superbowls , or who are one of only 3 teams last year to go undefeated into week 5, that ALL being said, the Bills will get alot of exposure this upcoming season due simply to the fact that TO is there.... thats a good thing if your a Bills fan just look what Chad Johnson did for the Bengals.

T.O. got a raw deal with the Cowboys. J.J. S word ain't worth spit. Romo is the
problem with the Cowboys, along with J.J and Coach Phillips. If everyone got

excited about winning as T.O. we would have another Super Bowl Ring !!!!!!

Reminds me of when the Sabres picked up Eddie "the Entertainer" Shack way back when. On a particularly good night, when Eddie was the first star, he'd skate as fast as the wind off Lake Erie to the center of the ice, spin around in a pirouette, then skate off the ice just as fast!

Maybe TO has baggage and yes, he lets his mouth run but anything is better than watching the Tuna (Squish The!) Fish get the better of the Bills. I can see it now....TO scores on a diving catch in the end zone at the Rich, I mean Ralph.....rolls into a snowman.....busts out in his star pose, then throws a three snowball end zone salute! Yeah......I know....Snake bit Bills, but ya can't blame a guy for dreamin'! 'Specially a DH Bills Fan! GO CRIBBS! GO BILLS! SQUISH THE FISH!!!!!

Players make teams and teams make fans and fans give money for all of the previous mentioned. Its a business and as such TO is a headliner.

The guy can play. I have a question what team has played better without him after he has left. Eagles LOL.. San Fran LOL..and soon Cowboys LOL

Do you really care about the sensitivities of the these over paid players?

Rarely are cancers cured and eliminated and TO is a cancer. It won't be before long that we see the say behvior that has forced his exit from SF. PH, & DAL. Even if you wire his jaw shut he will still be an albatross to any team he is on.

TO will eventually find himself unemployable. I predict Buffalo will be his last job in the NFL. He's a overrated prima donna who fails to deliver to the level of his supposed talent and degrades the quality of every team for which he's played.

Even the cold weather in Buffalo will not cool off his big mouth. TO loves only one thing and that is himself. Best thing that could happen is if nobody signed him!
