Keep routines and simplify, (get rid of clutter and organize). Less is better because more time for you and the kids instead of cleaning.

I had no idea that I would have to be a stay-at-home mom because child care for infants cost more than my mortgage!

I realized that you can have a serious, highly publicized knee injury and still wear outrageous high heeled gold shoes on TV.

For real, I obviously forgot where babies come from. If you push out a baby, your butt will hurt afterwards; for real.

I knew that my whole life would be revolving around my kids once I had them, but i didn't realize how much having kids affects EVERYTHING you do. (going to the store, getting gas... forgetting somthing in the apartment and having to lug a 25 pound carseat and a 3year old allllll the way back up the stairs bc your by yourself!! ((ughhh)) Also couples should really sit down and talk about how and when they plan to discipline bc the lack of communication can cause a lot of problems. : ) but at the same time, i love my babies so much and wouldnt of done it any other way!!

I never knew how much I could love someone--A mother's love is undescribeable. Once I had my own, it was at that moment I knew exactly how much my mom loved me.

I was intrigued this morning watching Nancy O'Dell and her special orthopaedic knee injury rehabilitation shoes. Who knew that after such a "serious" knee injury you can still look fabulous in gold, super high heeled and strappy sandals. Now those must be perfect for healing.

What surprised me most about pregnancy is that it could end in stillbirth. Mine did.

I was amazed to see a tiny foot pushing on my belly where we could see it and then being able to tell what it was. I cried.

I cried again when he showed me he was taller than me.... :-)
