Farrah Fawcett, Cancer fighter.
Farrah's most memorable role was "just being Farrah" there will be no one else like her ever... it is a terrible waste of beauty both inside and out...she will be sadly missed...

Rest in Peace dear angel
You will be missed. Rest with God now.
She was so beautiful and full of hope.
No more pain in heaven; no more cancer. Rest in peace sweet lady.

I recently saw "The Apostle" for the first time this year. I hadn't realized she was in it until I started watching. It is a sad day. She certainly deserved more credit, as she did manage to step out of the shadow of her stunning beauty later in her career.
I grew up in the seventies and it feels like you've lost an old friend when someone like Farrah passes. Her life represents the great highs and lows we all face, she had great dignity and grace and will be remember 100 years from now as one of the great beauties of the 20th century. God has here now.
She was astonishingly beautiful inside and out. She will always be remembered not only for her teeth and hair, but for her great talent as an actress. She was so full of hope and courage. She inspires me!
We love you Farrah!
Farrah was surely a woman girls like myself looked up to growing up and wanted to be. Her beauty was beyond compare. She is well known for the TV's Charlie's Angels but her role in the Burning Bed gave woman hope . This role had an impact on woman and this is the truly her best role ever.
An 80s icon; entertaining actress; loving Mom and wife;
You are missed!
I was 13 when Charlie's Angels started...and I was immediately in love with Farrah...of course I had the red bathing suit poster in my room. She was a talented actress...I actually liked her the most in Poor Little Rich Girl. But what she has done since she was diaganosed with cancer and how brave she has been - that shows her as a true, honest superstar. Her frightening honesty on "what cancer really is" was truly inspirational. Someone said it in an earlier post...she will be remembered for many years as one of the greatest beauties of the 20th century... but also as a hero who brought focus to an uncommon and often unspoken about type of cancer. God rest you Farrah...we were all lucky to have you in our lives.
Farrah will be remembered for her brave fight with cancer. She was a great actress and a true beauty until the end.
One of a kind.
Luminous forever.
A sad day.
One word.......STRONG.....Always will be remembered..
I wish people had showed more Respect for Farrah as they did for MJackson. Also for Ed Mc Man too.Great People.
I just finished watching the Dateline special on Farah Fawcett.....all I can say is "Thank you Dateline" for airing this special....and thank you for acknowledging Farah's passing...other than Micheal Jackson's ......I loved Micheal Jackson, and I am very sad about his passing, but Farah's fight with cancer is one not to be reckoned with. From the special , I can TRUELY see how Ryan O'Neil cared about her.....and her well being. I never realized how strong she truely was......as with Ryan's words...that she never wanted anyone to "feel sorry" for her, or be sad around her. That is # 1 when you are going through a disease as cancer.....I'm 34 now and have lost my Mother 15 years ago to cancer. But Farah is a new fighting thought in my mind......I commend her very much....she makes a definate stronger feeling in myself.......
Once again...thank you Dateline!! I will never stop watching your show!!
Kudos to Dateline! I feel the same as Holly. It was great to see one network recognize the tragic loss of Farrah, rather than just focusing on Michael Jackson. I will always remember her for her wonderful dramatic performances in the Burning Bed and Jewel. Thank you Dateline!

Of course people will remember Charlie's Angels more often but when she did The Burning Bed, everyone realized she was more than teeth&hair
