Even though there have divorce papers filed, that doesn't mean that is will proceed. Both parties need to think about the kids first.

He is just a flat out loser. Kate is better off w/out him. Clearly these two were together prior to the divorce.

I think their needs to be an executor of the estate for the money they get from the show. Kate & Jon should get an allowance and the executor puts the rest of the money in a trust for the kids.... not trips to paris and shopping....

Well I voted no, I believe John and Kate have been separated for a while behind closed doors. She's a self absorbed arrogant heifer who is no better than women having kids in order to get on welfare. He has a right to go and get himself a nice piece of pelt, I advise she do the same. There's no obligatory grieving period after a divorce, that's bs. The kids are going to suffer the divorce regardless, and they should be cared for and loved always.

Kate's goal last fall was making as much money as she could. She was the one gone doing her book signings and speaking engagements and Jon was at home taking care of the kids. Hello people, you ever notice on the shows Jon was the one bathing, changing and getting the kids together. He is the one that got up early and got himself and the twins ready and made Kate's coffee and gave to her. She is the one in the Aug. 3rd show who popped off again to Jon "What world do you live in" when he suggested a counter refrigerator and when the cabinet people explained to her what it was, she said "oh, I guess he does live in this world" but did she apologize to him and say she was wrong for snapping at him like that...things would never change for him if he stayed. She wanted out, he tried counseling and she did not want to go with him...why? Was she afraid the doctor would tell her she really does have issues that need attention?! She puts on a good oh whooo is me show, she has exactly what she has wanted..she doesn't want to admit the truth for fear people will stop watching!! Too late Kate, I have...I believe you love and care for all your children, but it is all about the money..not what is best for them or you would have tried everything to make your marriage work...ever hear of Fireproof by Kirk Cameron he tried to get Kate to talk to him too, and she wouldn't. She just walked away from this marriage and is letting Jon take all the blame so as not to lose viewers!!!
