Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives plan to offer an alternative to Democrats' massive healthcare reform bill that would not raise taxes or require people or businesses to buy health insurance, the House Republican leader said on Sunday.

Americans haven't yet noticed that they have had a sea change, for the better, perhap because they are part of it. But being detached from the country looking in, it is quite astounding to see the difference in atmosphere and aspirations in such a short time.

Let me preface this by stating that as a simple and effective search engine I really do like Google.
