Dead Silence, Hills have Eyes makes me wonder...

After recently seeing two horror films in the last week, Dead Silence and Hills have Eyes II, It really makes you wonder what happened to the horror genre. If I had to file these two movies under some kind of category, it would probably be under stupidity.

This is not a true story. A night like this. Watching the worst movie ever made, a German or Swiss suspense (horror? - it's Halloween, after all) film. I drove a long way to get here tonight. It started raining about halfway through the trip.
