The Last Brother- Ted Kennedy

The death of Senator Teddy Kennedy was not a surprise. Many of us knew he had an uphill battle to fight against a very aggressive brain tumor. The passing of Ted Kennedy has brought on much reflection not just about Ted Kennedy, but about the family of service; the Kennedy's.

Kennedy's Fight Goes On.

And now he leaves us. The last leaf on the tree, holding on throughout so many winters, determined to remain and give this tree life, and the vibrancy of color.

Poll. Teddy Kennedy is dying. So?

By all accounts Senator Edward R. Kennedy's health is getting worse by the day. It won't be long until, like with Walter Cronkite, the major networks will break in with breaking news and announce that Ted Kennedy has died.

MEANWHILE, whatever happened to Bobby Jindal? At one point he was the great hope of the GOP and now we hardly hear a word about him.

The GOP Needs to Support The RINOS

For the Republican Party to achieve the electoral hegemony it recently enjoyed, the GOP must swallow its pride and appeal to a wider cross-section of constituencies.

A Republican's Pride as a Democrat is Inaugurated

I woke this morning to the sound of taps. I've always loved its exquisite, poignant melody. So it was lovely to have the bugler awaken me on this sunny morn. I didn't open my eyes until the last note faded away.

Dean Ponders His Mission from God in Supernatural

Apparently I'm not the only one reeling from Supernatural's revelation that Dean was pulled from Hell by Castiel, the Angel of Thursday, on orders from God. Dean himself is still grappling with the fact in "Are You There, God? It's Me . . . Dean Winchester."

Supernatural Returns and Dean is Back!

For an entire season of Supernatural last year I sat on the edge of my seating wondering how Sam and Dean were going to get Dean out of the deal he made at the end of the second season with the crossroads demon trading his life after a year for Sam's.
