Pretty amazing story that is not so atypical of what is going on all over America. I am glad to see the renewed emphasis on attacking street gangs, especially in Florida where the high level of immigrant population further lends itself to a very serious social problem.

A Mexican national is suing a county in Washington state stating that immigration holds are unconstitutional because they are used to violate the "48 hour" rule staing a person must be charged, or released within 48 hours.

Border Patrol Agent in Arizona Held at Gunpoint by Mexican Military
