A former Mississippi police officer, James Ford Seales, convicted in the 1964 kidnapping and conspiracy in the deaths of 2 African-American teenagers, Henry Hezekiah Dee and Charles Eddie Moore from Franklin County has been set free by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
